BÖKER PLUS Cataclyst Brown Damascus

The Boker Plus Cataclyst combines modern EDC functionality with the quality of a gentleman's knife. The Damascus variant features a blade with 110 layers, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship. The strong blade utilizes ball bearings for smooth opening via a flipper, with a flat grind and grooves on both sides. It is secured in the open position by a sophisticated flip-joint mechanism, without a locking device, but with a detent ball for added security.

To clarify the legal classification of the Cataclyst Brown Damascus Flipjoint, we have obtained a declaratory ruling regarding its status as a knife with a blade retention system. According to the BKA (declaratory ruling Z-524), the detent ball does not meet the criteria of a manual locking device under the Weapons Act.

The design features jimpings for added grip, as well as handle scales made of three-dimensionally milled Micarta in a light brown finish. The right-hand grip and deep-carry clip have a satin finish and are also three-dimensionally milled from solid material. The knife comes with a lanyard hole and a high-quality nylon pouch for storage.
